Gift cards from $25 up to $500 are available for purchase. You can purchase multiple amounts together to form 1 gift voucher, or receive them individually. If you are ordering multiple cards at the same time, please let us know what you would prefer.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
During the festive season, the volume of items shipped both domestically and internationally increases drastically! If you are concerned that you won't receive your package in time, ensure you place your order well ahead of time.
Domestic Lodgements Dates:
We usually recommend that Christmas orders are placed before December 10th. This year, after seeing the increased travel times for domestic parcels, we strongly advise that everything you wish to receive before Christmas is placed before November 30th!
International Lodgements Dates:
Australia Post has advised that all overseas orders are at the post office before November 21st in order to ensure that arrive before Christmas.
Shipping at SEA
We take delivery seriously around here.
Your order will be printed and carefully backed up us at SEA and sent to you via Australia Post.
We visit our local Australia Post Office weekly on Friday. All attempts are made to ensure we post more frequently if possible.
Larger items will be sent via Courier. Pickup times vary using our courier service.
Our small prints are neatly packaged in their own rigid flat mailer (which are 100% recyclable, yay!).
Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in tough mailing tubes.
All prints are carefully wrapped and/or rolled in acid free tissue paper.
Backing boards are used on flat postage to ensure that corners do not get damaged in transit.

Next day delivery is not an option for postage from our location. We have been shipping items for years, with different suppliers and have found that Australia Post, standard shipping is the sweet spot for cost & timely service.
Parcels usually take up to 5 business days within Queensland and at least 2 weeks when shipping interstate.
Rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure you receive your artwork or giftware in a timely manner. Your parcel's shipping time is ultimately out of our control (sorry... we don't run a freight company and don't make the rules).
Free shipping is offered on orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will incur a small postage fee of $10.
We have made this decision as we can no longer rely on untracked postage services. They are simply too un-reliable and un-predictable.
International shipping incurs a $25 AUD fee. This includes tracking your package via Australia Post.
Our listed freight charges for international shipping do not cover framed or stretched artworks. Please contact us directly for a quote on framed artwork.
International shipping times vary between countries, typically it takes between 7 and 21 working days. If your order is a priority, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and we can try our best to get it to you in time.
